These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and shoe33 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by shoe33, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use the shoe33 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

shoe33 services are restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any prohibition on using online gambling platforms under local laws applicable to you.
• Not have been declared bankrupt or be undergoing bankruptcy proceedings at the time of registration.

shoe33 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users are required to submit a copy of their MyKad or valid identification document when requested for account verification purposes.

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account under the same name. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, users are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. The information to be provided includes:

• Full name as per official identification document.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active and reachable mobile phone number.
• A valid email address accessible by the user.
• A secure password that is different from those used on other platforms.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. shoe33 is not responsible for any loss arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

shoe33 supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits using another party's account or e-wallet are strictly prohibited and may result in temporary account freezing pending further investigation.

shoe33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may have their own fee policies that are outside shoe33's control.

The minimum withdrawal for a shoe33 account is RM100. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval by our finance team, subject to any required verification process.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The user's account must have successfully completed the identity verification process.
• Any wagering requirements associated with bonuses received must have been fully met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method or under the same name as that used for the deposit.
• There must be no suspicious activity currently under investigation on the account in question.

shoe33 offers various promotions to registered members, including a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. Every bonus offered is subject to the stipulated wagering requirement.

For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing your balance to RM250, and you need to fulfil a wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.

Bonus abuse in any form — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, arbitrage betting between players, or using automated software — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

shoe33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the company's absolute discretion.

Users of the shoe33 platform are required to act honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with all established rules at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorised technological tools to gain profits unlawfully.
• Sharing or transferring account balances between users without official authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities using the shoe33 platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or account verification process.
• Misusing the customer support system with false complaints or inappropriate behaviour.

shoe33 monitors all gaming activity continuously. Any conduct suspected to be unlawful or in breach of these terms will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

All content found on the shoe33 platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, brand names, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of shoe33 or our respective licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from shoe33.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, shoe33 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses resulting from technical service disruptions, internet connection failures, or matters beyond our control.

Users acknowledge and agree that gambling carries financial risk, and shoe33 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes. The results of all games are based on a certified random number generator (RNG), and no one can guarantee a winning outcome.

shoe33 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with business needs, legal changes, or regulatory compliance requirements. Any amendments made will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent permitted, while the remaining provisions continue to remain in full force and effect.
